About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and independent individual to join our team as a Collections and Network Driver. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of mail and parcels to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Collections and Network Driver, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering mail and parcels to customers across a designated area
  • Collecting mail from post boxes and post offices
  • Visiting business customers at prearranged times to collect mail
  • Sorting and delivering mailbags to ensure timely delivery

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shift patterns, including weekends and evenings

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.54, plus overtime at 1.25x the normal rate. You will also receive 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service, and a contributory pension scheme. We offer a range of benefits, including full uniform, excellent parental leave policy, and various discounts.
