About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Collections and Network Driver to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of mail and parcels to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver mail and parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Check post-boxes and collect mail from post offices
  • Visit business customers at prearranged times to collect mail
  • Sort and deliver mailbags to ensure each piece reaches its destination
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
Requirements
  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Ability to work flexible shift patterns, including weekends and evenings
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and carry mailbags and parcels
