Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our clients and internal teams, ensuring a first-class service is delivered at all times.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, providing accurate and timely responses to their inquiries.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience working in a Financial Planning firm, with a strong understanding of financial administration and client support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in IT and office software packages, including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and produce high-quality business correspondence.
