We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Perspective Financial Group Ltd. As a Financial Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality administrative support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our clients and internal teams, ensuring a first-class service is delivered at all times.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, providing accurate and timely responses to their inquiries.
  • Liaise with product providers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of client issues.
  • Manage client records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information on our company software.
  • Produce high-quality business correspondence, including letters, emails, and reports, with a focus on grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Utilize IT and office software packages, including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel, to efficiently manage tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners, ensuring a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience working in a Financial Planning firm, with a strong understanding of financial administration and client support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in IT and office software packages, including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and produce high-quality business correspondence.
