- Utilize IT and office software packages, including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel, to efficiently manage tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners, ensuring a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience working in a Financial Planning firm, with a strong understanding of financial administration and client support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in IT and office software packages, including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and produce high-quality business correspondence.
