Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to our clients and colleagues, including responding to queries and resolving issues.
  • Assist with the production of business correspondence, including letters and reports.
  • Manage client records and ensure accurate and compliant filing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development of our administration team and processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a financial administration role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
