We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Perspective Financial Group Ltd. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality administrative support to our clients and colleagues, including responding to queries and resolving issues.
- Assist with the production of business correspondence, including letters and reports.
- Manage client records and ensure accurate and compliant filing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Contribute to the development of our administration team and processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a financial administration role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
