About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our Sales department and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our sales operations, managing a team of sales professionals, and developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge
