Ribbons and Reeves, a leading education recruitment agency, is recruiting for an enthusiastic and dedicated First-Class Psychology Graduate to fill the role of Educational Psychologist Assistant.

About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious individual with a strong passion for educational psychology and a keen interest in working with children. As an Educational Psychologist Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced team to provide high-quality support to pupils with SEND.

The ideal candidate will have a First-Class degree in Psychology from a Top UK University and be committed to developing their skills and knowledge in educational psychology. You will have previous experience of working with children and a patient and empathetic approach to supporting those with complex needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain valuable experience in a Primary School setting while continuing their professional development. Our team at Ribbons and Reeves will provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role.

Salary: £22,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide educational support to pupils with SEND in a Primary School setting
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop effective strategies for supporting pupils with complex needs
  • Contribute to the development of school policies and procedures related to SEND
