Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our team at People First. As a Logistics Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth movement of stock within our Logistics Department, coordinating transportation, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Ensure the physical movement of stock is correctly documented, and computer records match the movement of stock.
  • Transportation Coordination: Organize transport of stock for Retail and Wholesale, and export returns shipments and CS shipments abroad.
  • Logistics Operations: Follow procedures, transport directives, and ensure products are moved in a secure and compliant way at all times, meeting deadlines and SLAs.

Key Skills:

  • Logistics and Stock Management Experience: Proven experience in logistics and stock management, with a strong understanding of inventory control and management.
  • Physical Abilities: Able to perform physical work, including moving boxes, opening, and packing.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems and software.
