Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Carl Dylan Resourcing Limited. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in managing the store's operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives, including profit targets, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and travel within a 45-minute radius of the store.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, retail, or a related field preferred.
