We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Operations Manager to oversee the daily management of our retail operations and digital execution activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving digital marketing initiatives across our retail displays, ensuring compliance with our brand standards, and providing exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance and Quality Assurance
Develop, implement, and manage display compliance processes to ensure effective communication of issues and trends within our retail estate. Be the champion of store standards, ensuring issues impacting sales and customer experience are quickly and efficiently resolved.
Stakeholder Management and Communication
Presentation of ideas, results, and outcomes of projects and trials to relevant stakeholders across the business, with a focus on our internal teams and senior management. Ensure key stakeholders are aware of trending issues by gathering insights and feedback directly from the field team.
Project Management and Reporting
Generate and implement clear processes and timelines for dealing with a wide range of issues, prioritizing and escalating where appropriate. Create and circulate weekly reports to various teams around the business to provide valuable insights from our store and field teams.
Digital Execution and Data Analysis
Consistently identify opportunities to drive digital performance improvement by utilizing data and trends, field and internal team feedback, and our Retail Reporting and Insights team. Work alongside our Senior Retail Operations Manager to deliver digital connectivity and digital POP screen technology strategies and support with the execution of digital marketing content across our retail digital screens.
Requirements:
- You're an excellent relationship builder with strong influencing skills.
- You're able to work to strict deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- You're proficient in Microsoft Office software, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- You're comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- You're a solution-based thinker with a passion for detail and delivery.
- You have experience working in retail and consider the impact of decisions on profitability.
