- Deputizing: Take charge of the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring all processes are followed and compliance is maintained.
- Task Implementation: Ensure efficient stock management, customer service, and sales achievement.
- Sales Maximization: Execute a strategic operational plan to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Target Achievement: Lead the team to surpass all targets with a focus on excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Stock Ordering: Execute daily stock orders to ensure the store is always fully stocked and ready for action.
