">Job Description:
">This SEN KS4 Teacher role requires someone who can deliver high-quality teaching and learning to students with complex or anxiety-related needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students who may exhibit challenging behaviours associated with their diagnosis.

- Contribute to the development and delivery of the curriculum, addressing the diverse needs of students within a learning environment.">
- Monitor, assess, and report on student progress to parents, team members, and senior staff.">
- Maintain knowledge through training and research, taking responsibility for own professional development.">
Salary Information:
">The salary range for this role is £30,000 - £46,525 pro rata, plus a welcome bonus of £3,000. This figure includes 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
">Requirements:
">To be considered for this role, you must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience working in a special school environment, particularly with pupils with SEMH needs, is highly desirable.
