Primary Education Support Specialist

As a Primary Education Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the educational journey of children at our Banbury primary school. This is a full-time, permanent contract with higher rates of pay that reflect your valuable contributions and expertise.

Main Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and delivery of engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Provide targeted support for SEN students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
- Monitor and assess student progress to inform future planning.
Requirements:
- A strong understanding of the challenges faced by students with SEN and strategies to support their learning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
- Experience as an HLTA or equivalent, ideally within a primary school setting.
