Job Description:

This temporary position involves delivering high-quality teaching and learning to students with SEMH needs, promoting their emotional well-being and academic progress. You will work closely with the school team to develop and implement effective educational strategies, ensuring the unique needs of each student are addressed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students within a learning environment.">
  • Monitor, assess, and report on student progress to parents, team members, and senior staff.">
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, adhering to school policies and procedures.">

Salary Information:

">

The salary for this role is £30,000 - £46,525 pro rata, plus a welcome bonus of £3,000. This offer includes 12.07% statutory holiday pay.

Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students who require additional support, demonstrating a passion for promoting emotional well-being and academic progress.
