The Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive ER Specialist to join our HR function. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing ER case work, identifying and mitigating risks, and providing coaching and advice to employees and managers. You will work closely with colleagues to design and deliver training on ER policy and process, and will be expected to take a highly planned and organized approach to your work.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing ER case work, including investigating and resolving employee complaints and concerns
  • Identifying and mitigating risks, and providing advice on ER policy and process
  • Coaching and advising employees and managers on ER-related issues
  • Designing and delivering training on ER policy and process
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve best outcomes for individuals and the business

We are looking for someone who is highly skilled at identifying, communicating, and managing risk, and who is able to work proactively across the business to anticipate and manage risks. You will be a skilled communicator who knows when to coach and when to advise, and will be effective in influencing others to achieve best outcomes.
