About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at SCC. As a key member of our sales and customer support teams, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our named accounts, driving growth and expansion, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and expansion across named accounts.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot customer issues and provide post-go-live support.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to identify areas for improvement and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the process for account renewals and upsell opportunities to maximize recurring revenue.
  • Manage and develop the CSM team, ensuring clear objectives and regular performance reviews.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a successful account manager or service delivery manager with a proven track record of working in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience working with services, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a flexible approach to working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative.
