Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Band 7 A&E Physiotherapist to join our team at Healthshare Group. As a key member of our physiotherapy department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our musculoskeletal services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced clinical physiotherapy services to patients with musculoskeletal conditions, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Work closely with the physiotherapy management team to develop and implement evidence-based practice guidelines and protocols.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs for physiotherapy staff, focusing on musculoskeletal assessment and treatment.
  • Participate in research projects and clinical audits to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, adhering to Healthshare Group's policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant clinical research and best practices in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate degree in physiotherapy or equivalent.
  • Advanced clinical skills and experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and demands.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a commitment to evidence-based practice.
  • Proficiency in using departmental IT systems and software, including electronic patient records and communication tools.
