Speech and Language Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our Adult Community team in Kent. As a Band 7 SLT, you will work closely with our team to provide assessment and intervention services for patients with dysphagia and communication needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with dysphagia and communication disorders
  • Work with patients in their own homes, nursing homes, community inpatient rehab wards, and outpatient clinics
  • Support the team with triage and provide virtual consultations as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Requirements:
  • Band 7 SLT qualification and experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of EMIS electronic records system (desirable)
  • Valid car driver's license
