The Digital Designer Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Designer to join our team and play a crucial role in expanding our offerings, optimizing conversion rates, and enhancing usability, accessibility, and brand exposure. As a Digital Designer, you will collaborate with a passionate team, driving the evolution of our brand while contributing to the development of new features and the enhancement of existing ones.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly digital products that meet our brand's standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop design solutions that meet those needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our digital products remain competitive and engaging.
- Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and ensure our digital products meet user needs.
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across our digital products.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills and experience.
- Strong knowledge of UI and UX best practices and principles, as well as responsive web design and accessible design techniques.
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects from initial concept to final delivery.
