Job Summary

The National Account Executive, EMEA will play a key role in driving revenue growth across key retail partners, working closely with the wider sales team to meet our financial targets every year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors across UK and Europe, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Relationship Management: Plan, develop and agree annual Business plans with the accounts, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams to develop accurate sales forecasts and manage inventory levels, identifying opportunities for replenishment and new product introductions.
  • Account Management: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of PO's and resolve any logistical issues that may arise.
  • Training and Development: Work closely with Education Team to plan retailer & retail staff trainings & events according to account needs.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive insights for internal management team.
  • Business Reviews: Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with accounts to discuss sales performance, marketing initiatives, and new product launches.
Requirements
  • Essential: Experience in Retail Account Management or Business Development, preferably within the beauty industry.
  • Knowledge and Experience: Knowledge / experience of retail channels to include Bricks & Mortar, digital marketing strategies and experience with e-commerce platforms, understanding online sales funnels, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to successfully work in cross-cultural settings, demonstrating the ability to adapt and thrive in diverse work environments.
  • Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends to drive business growth.
  • Travel: Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required by the job.
Desirable:
  • Language Skills: Fluent in a European language, in addition to English.
