About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Account Director to join our team at Sphere Digital Recruitment Group.

This is a full-time position that will involve managing integrated marketing campaigns from start to finish, with a focus on digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an agency working on integrated marketing campaigns, with strong project management skills and the ability to deliver high-quality creative presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Manage campaigns end-to-end, including briefing, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Support senior team members on major campaigns while independently leading smaller projects.
  • Foster an environment that encourages exceptional work by collaborating with clients to navigate senior stakeholder processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an agency working on integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Retail/FMCG or similar high volume accounts experience.
  • End-to-end integrated delivery across multiple projects, including TV, Print, Digital, Social.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is estimated to be between £54,000 - £72,000 per year, based on 3 days/week, 6 months/year. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for career growth and development.
