The Job

As the Digital Account Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing campaign planning across digital channels such as programmatic, social, and paid search
  • Taking ownership of the day-to-day client engagement, building a strong relationship and trust with the client
  • Working closely with the other activation teams (paid social, PPC, affiliate, and SEO) to deliver integrated digital media plans
  • Demonstrating an approachable leadership style and supporting and developing your team with clear roles and developing clear career paths and goals
  • Working in collaboration with the Associate Director, Business Director, and team members in driving the digital agenda for the client

You

  • Have proven experience in planning across digital channels
  • Are passionate about digital media, stay on top of industry trends, and are eager to learn
  • Can mentor, train, and oversee the team and have the ability to build strong personal relationships
  • Have the ability to take ownership of your client account and create strong client relationships
  • Are a strong communicator and presenter who can simplify the digital world for clients
  • Are independent and good at managing your workload as this role has a lot of autonomy
