At Digital Radish, we're looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Leader to join our team. As a Senior Marketing Leader at Digital Radish, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that exceed client expectations.

We're seeking someone with 5+ years of experience in account management and/or strategy director-level role within a B2B agency environment. You'll have a proven track record of managing long-term B2B accounts with multiple projects and teams.

In this role, you'll be responsible for building deep, trusting relationships with client counterparts to become their trusted adviser, offering added value while advocating for the agency POV. You'll also mentor junior members of the team and direct reports to help them realise their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have an exceptional understanding of delivering ABM and B2B campaigns, previous experience of working with technology clients, and a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. You'll also be digitally fluent, with an understanding of the B2B landscape and how to bring together cohesive programmes and drive results for clients.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Other benefits include:
