Assistant Store Manager

Job Overview
The Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in supporting the Store Manager in overseeing store activities, including merchandise receiving and stocking, non-sales departmental work, and multi-store operations. This role is ideal for Associate Store Managers at The LEGO Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in merchandise receiving and stocking to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Support non-sales departmental work, such as check-out, photo lab, or bagging orders, to maintain a seamless customer experience.
- Contribute to multi-store operations, including new store opening coordination, payroll/incentive plans, event planning, and contest planning and promotion.
