Job Summary
Zachary Daniels is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the store manager in driving sales and profitability, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team.
About the Role
- Support the store manager in motivating the in-store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability, including analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities to improve performance.
- Lead a high-performing team by providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement visual merchandising plans that drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and cash handling procedures.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced retail professional who has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales and profitability. You will have:
Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of driving sales and profitability.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.A strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling procedures.The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.A positive and can-do attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales and profitability.What We Offer
