About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and resourceful individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with all aspects of day-to-day living, including personal care, in their homes and out in the community.

About the People You Will Support

The individuals you will support have a range of interests, including going to the cinema, disco, picnicking in the park, trampolining, and exploring different places by bus or train. If you share these interests, this could be a great opportunity for you to work in an environment that combines your shared interests with your career.

About the Working Pattern

You will work on an open rota, providing cover over one or more of our Plymouth Supported Living Services. This will give you the opportunity to make a real difference to multiple people we support, including 14-hour shifts and sleep-in duties. We aim to allocate your hours 4 weeks ahead to ensure a good work-life balance.
