Job Title: Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Cambian Complex Care. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and support to children and young people with complex needs
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each individual
