About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Plymouth. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily activities and provide emotional support to individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Work with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.
  • Build meaningful relationships with individuals and their families.
  • Provide support and care to individuals in their own homes or in our residential settings.

  • A genuine passion for supporting others.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
