Your expertise will guide customers through the intricate process of selecting and implementing condition monitoring solutions for switchgear and circuit breakers, ensuring their projects are tailored to their unique needs.

You will collaborate closely with multi-functional teams, demonstrating your technical prowess and customer-centric approach to optimize our product offerings. Your insights will be instrumental in improving the overall customer journey and experience, shaping the future of our digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries related to condition monitoring solutions for switchgear and circuit breakers.
  • Advise customers on selecting the most suitable digital solutions from our innovative portfolio, aligning with their project requirements.
  • Support colleagues in presenting our portfolio to customers and facilitating the creation of orders.
  • Streamline the price calculation process for projects, enabling the generation of accurate budget estimates and offers.
  • Maintain a comprehensive overview of opportunities, ongoing projects, and completed projects in the Switchgear Condition Monitoring domain.
  • Continuously capture customer feedback and insights to optimize our products, ensuring they meet evolving user needs and improve their daily tasks.
  • Collaborate with product managers to define requirements that improve the overall customer journey and experience.
  • Contribute to the creation of customer-facing materials, such as tutorial videos and guides.
  • Support product managers in validating new features and ideas by gaining customer feedback.

Requirements

  • University degree in economics, sales, computer science, mechanical or electrical engineering, or a comparable field; or a technical apprenticeship with additional education and several years of professional experience.
  • Proven professional experience and a successful track record in similar roles driving digital portfolio adoption and digital transformation.
  • Hands-on experience in applying digital products in operational technology (OT) environments, with expertise in areas such as SCADA, networks, IoT devices, software, and cloud architectures.
  • Experience with high-voltage energy assets, such as transformers and switchgear, is a plus.
  • Strong solution-oriented and customer-centric approach, with a passion for learning about new technologies.
  • Passion for new technologies, with a profound understanding of IoT, digitalization, and automation, and a keen eye for the latest developments in this space.
  • Proficiency in English and German, with experience working in an international environment.
