About the RoleWe are seeking a reliable and experienced Site Manager/Caretaker to join our team at a mainstream primary school in Oxted, Surrey. This is a part-time position, working 20 hours a week, 52 weeks per year. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of the school premises, managing health and safety issues, and overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the site.
Key Responsibilities- Ensuring the security of the school premises and checking it is safe for staff and children.
- Managing health and safety issues, working alongside the School Business Manager.
- Managing contractors and planned works at the site.
- Managing the cleaning staff of the school.
