Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production Trainer to join our team at Interaction Scunthorpe, based on the Flixborough & Foxhills Industrial Estate.

This is a permanent role after a 12-week probationary period with the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adapting teaching styles to suit trainees and experience with SAP, although this is not essential.

Salary Information

The salary for this position can be discussed during the interview and is expected to be above £27,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
  • To deliver onsite inductions to new starters and contractors
  • To continuously review the quality of training and update training accordingly
  • To deliver bespoke training sessions
  • To maintain and update systems to ensure the training matrix is audit-ready at any given moment
  • To conduct regular training audits
  • To organise external training courses through local providers and colleges
  • To train as a SAP super user to support the rollout of SAP across the business
  • To support the quality department in various QA tasks as required
Qualifications and Skills
  1. A strong background in adapting teaching styles to suit trainees
  2. SAP experience desirable but not essential
