Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Technician to join our team as a BIM Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of BIM requirements on projects, taking an active involvement in implementing and developing Building Information Modelling within the business. You will act as a technical link between design consultants, bidding teams, and project teams, ensuring a consistent approach to BIM implementation and development.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with design consultants, bidding teams, and project teams to deliver BIM requirements on projects.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, ensuring open communication and collaboration.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise on BIM-related matters, supporting the growth and success of the company.
