Job Title: Business Development Consultant
About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Business Development Consultant to join our team at t2 group. As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share in the healthcare sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and industry partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform business development decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and development.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £25,000 (plus uncapped commission) with an OTE of £37,000.
- 25 days' holiday plus all bank holidays.
- A clear progression pathway to take successful candidates forward.
Working Arrangements: This role is based in Cardiff, with the possibility of hybrid working after probation. Office hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:45am to 4:45pm, and Friday, 8:45am to 3:30pm.
