Light Commercial Vehicle Technician

We are seeking a skilled Light Commercial Vehicle Technician to join our team at Pybus Recruitment. Our client is a leading dealership with a turnover of approximately 250 million and employs over 700 members of staff across 12 dealerships and 1 dedicated service centre.
Responsibilities:- Conduct diagnostic tests on light commercial vehicles to identify issues and provide accurate repair solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Repair and replace parts, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems and prevent future issues.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure satisfaction.
- Level 3 NVQ in automotive maintenance and repair or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Light Commercial Vehicle Technician or similar role.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various mechanical and electrical issues in light commercial vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Fantastic uncapped bonus with an OTE of over £40,000 per annum.
- Overtime rate of 1.5x.
