Speech and Language Therapist

We are seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Speech and Language Therapist to join our friendly and supportive team in Poole. As a Band 6 therapist, you will work with children and young people (0-19) with various developmental disorders, including Developmental Language Disorder, Dysfluency, and Autism Spectrum Condition.

Your role will involve providing specialist clinical care, assessment, diagnosis, and interventions in mainstream schools and clinics. You will also take a lead in caseload management and support junior colleagues. A person-centred approach is essential for this position.

This role is suitable for experienced Speech and Language Therapists who can demonstrate growing skills in a specialist area. Employment requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check, which the Trust will cover the cost of.
