Mental Health Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Mental Health Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and education to children with mental health needs.

About the Job:

  • Support students' social, emotional, and academic development through tailored interventions.
  • Assist the class teacher in managing behaviour and providing a safe learning environment.
  • Work alongside experienced therapists and psychologists to implement therapeutic strategies.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with students to help them regulate emotions and overcome challenges.
  • Adapt communication and learning approaches to suit individual needs.
