Key Responsibilities

In this exciting Sales Manager role, you will be responsible for creating the largest active market share of any agent in the area, maximizing revenues and growing the property register. You will develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations, manage performance through regular 1:1's and reviews, and influence results through effective team management and action planning.

You will also demonstrate previous Estate Agency and customer service experience, be target-driven and tenacious, effectively manage a team, and display high standards of service and presentation. Good organizational skills and ideas for market growth are also essential.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales management position, preferably within the Estate Agency sector. You will also require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to motivate and inspire teams, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

A full driving license, own car, and business insurance are also essential requirements. Additionally, you will need to be flexible and willing to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive estimated salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission opportunities and bonus incentives.
