Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by upselling products or services
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette when interacting with clients
- Support bilingual or multilingual customers effectively, especially in Spanish
- Utilize basic math skills to process transactions accurately
- Organize and update sales databases with customer information
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is advantageous
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to sell products or services persuasively
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Basic math skills for processing orders and transactions
- Organizational skills to maintain accurate records and databases

This position offers the opportunity to develop sales and customer service skills in a supportive team environment.
