Job Title: Analytics Director for Data-Driven Growth

We are seeking a highly skilled Analytics Director to lead our data team at Digitas UK. As a key player in an established agile team, you will drive the delivery of end-to-end journey orchestration, automated personalisation, and customer-centric comms & experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal teams and cross-agency teams to drive objectives
  • Lead the team to tell stories that change marketing behaviour, delivering measurable business uplift
  • Improve the cross-channel feedback loop between insight & recommendation
  • Refine and formalise an always-on cross-division testing programme
  • Break down silos and manage expectations

Requirements:

  • Ability to navigate client internal silos and agency environment
  • Demonstrate value of data-driven programmes to stakeholders
  • Experience in managing performance marketing teams
  • Expertise in CRM, onsite KPIs, and ways of working
  • Track record of extracting insights from data and telling compelling stories
  • Awareness of work ranging from Data Visualisation, Media, CRM, Web & Social Analytics, Statistics, Data Sciences & Data Engineering
  • Ability to see the bigger picture and make strategic recommendations
  • Leadership and people management experience
