Drive Business Growth with Data-Driven Insights

Wyatt Partners is seeking a seasoned Analytics Director to lead the growth of our analytics department and drive organisational change. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of embedding data-driven processes and tools in multi-skilled environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop pricing and marketing models to inform commercial strategy
  • Provide high-level guidance on the development of long-term market and trade channel strategy to support growth and profit
  • Pull together insights to assist in providing guidance to sales teams on their short-term and long-term planning
  • Lead in pulling together commercial insights to identify trends across commercial efforts, such as performance against targets, marketing investment ROI
  • Develop reporting to review performance of monthly, quarterly, and annual trade and sales investment
  • Provide regular reporting and commentary to directors and stakeholders

Requirements:

3+ years of experience leading an analytical team and expanding the reach of analytics within an organisation

Experience in working closely with sales & marketing teams and heads of departments with an ability to clearly communicate ideas and insights to drive evidence-based decision-making

Excellent communication and engagement skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to a broad range of stakeholders

Experience in dealing with complex international marketplaces

Familiarity with Tableau & Cognos Analytics beneficial
