The Family Liaison Officer will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and academic success of our students.

As a key member of the Student Development Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective relationships with students, parents, and carers, and providing emotional support and guidance to students who require it.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Building strong relationships with students, parents, and carers.
  2. Providing emotional support and guidance to students who require it.
  3. Collaborating with other members of the Student Development Team to identify and address student needs.
  4. Assisting in the development and implementation of strategies to improve student engagement and achievement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with children or young people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.

Salary: NJC Points 15 – 20, actual salary £25,448
