This prestigious hotel, boasting a 2AA Rosette award-winning restaurant, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join its dynamic kitchen brigade.
The Executive Chef and his team have established strong relationships with local farmers and fishermen, ensuring menus are fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced.
Main Responsibilities:- Follow established day-to-day procedures
- Plan and execute the day-to-day running of kitchen sections
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team
- Conduct quality checks on stock, produce, and dishes
- Previous experience working in a 1AA Rosette establishment
- Passion for creative cuisine
- Excellent communication skills with colleagues and guests
- Ability to remain calm and focused during busy service
- Experience in leading a section and being a strong team player
What We Offer:
A permanent position with a reputable hotel and a dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will possess NVQ level 1 and 2 or equivalent, and a hygiene certificate. In line with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
