Automotive Sales Consultant

A fantastic opportunity to excel in the motor industry as a sales professional with Marshall Motor Group, one of the UK's largest car dealer groups. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer experiences, representing both Marshall and our leading brands.

Your Role
You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring customers receive good outcomes from every interaction. This includes responding to queries, guiding customers through their purchasing journey, and achieving individual sales targets by fully exploring and satisfying customer needs for finance and insurance products and optional extras.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customers receive good outcomes from every interaction
- Respond to queries from new and existing customers relating to new and used vehicle sales
- Guide customers through their purchase, providing outstanding customer service as the face of both Marshall and the vehicle brand
- Achieve individual sales targets by fully exploring and satisfying customer needs for finance and insurance products and optional extras
- Assist in ensuring a steady flow of enquiries from multiple channels through prospecting and marketing

A competitive salary of £20,000 basic, plus uncapped OTE and company car, making this an attractive opportunity for experienced sales professionals looking to take their career to the next level. Requirements
- An experienced salesperson with a desire to continue, or start, their career in the motor industry
- Have a passionate and proactive attitude to support customers and provide the right options for them through their purchasing journey
- You will build rapport with customers easily and enjoy working in a target driven environment focused on good customer outcomes
- Have a keen interest in the motor industry and a desire for a successful sales career
Location
The role is based at Marshall Peugeot Canterbury, where you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with access to regular training and development opportunities.
