Job Title: Regional Training and Development Specialist

About the Role:

RARE Restaurants, a leading hospitality group, is seeking a skilled Regional Training and Development Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with experience in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs for all Northern region restaurants.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to identify training needs and develop solutions.
  • Design and deliver training content, including onboarding and competence sign-offs.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) platform and ensure all training materials are up to date.
  • Support the Talent and HR teams with HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Learning and Development background, ideally within hospitality.
  • Training qualification and/or CIPD membership desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the restaurant business processes within large hospitality groups.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to attend development courses and stay up to date with industry research.
