At White Space Recruitment, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our London office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale masterplan, office and residential projects in Japan.

The ideal candidate will have more than 6 years' experience working on high-profile projects in Japan. Strong technical knowledge, as well as design experience is favored for this role. The successful candidate should be able to communicate clearly both in English and Japanese, written and verbal.

This position requires the ability to work independently, whilst also maintaining relationships within a team. Fluency in Japanese, with written and verbal communication capability, is essential. The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

  • Strong 2D and 3D design and modelling skills
  • Design communication skills using software such as Illustrator or InDesign
  • Ability to work independently and maintain relationships within a team
  • Fluency in Japanese
  • 10+ years of industry experience
