Vestas is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Great Britain Operations team as a Senior Operational Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on our windfarms and contribute to the transition to a greener future.

About the Role

As a Senior Operational Lead, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our teams and customers in driving performance and compliance across our windfarms. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the business in achieving operational compliance and improving performance
  • Providing technical analytical support to the operations team using online tools
  • Identifying and implementing improved performance activities and managing project roll-out
  • Interface between the field and HSE department to promote a positive safety culture
  • Supporting the Area Manager with regional strategy delivery and governance
  • Working with PowerBi, SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office
  • Creating and developing technical performance improvement plans

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Electrical or Mechanical qualification
  • Degree qualification in a relevant field
  • Project Management and Analytical experience
  • Experience in wind generation or equivalent electrical environment
