Senior Business Development Manager, Amazon Freight

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our Amazon Freight team in the UK. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for recruiting European Shippers to our service, owning and growing Shipper engagements, and ensuring a great Shipper experience.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Recruit new potential customers to use our products and services.
  2. Identify new segments and unlock new customer base with best-in-class service.
  3. Maintain a high level of engagement from our Customer and proactively identify the challenges they are facing.
  4. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the portfolio.
  5. Be the voice of the customer (Shipper) to guide product development and iterations.
  6. Identify and lead new projects or initiatives to solve customer pain points and improve shipper experience.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  2. Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  3. Experience in business development, partner development, sales or alliances management.
  4. Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.
