This role is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Trust's Risk Management Strategy and policy framework. As a senior leader, you will be accountable for creating a risk-aware culture within the organization, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, patient-centered services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop key relationships with system partners to establish the Trust's position as a trusted partner in risk management.
  • Work collaboratively with external bodies to strengthen internal risk management capabilities.
  • Embed more effective system-level risk management through strategic leadership.
Requirements:
  • Evidence of continued professional development in risk management and governance systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of governance and risk frameworks, particularly within the NHS.
