Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Michael Page. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving production equipment in a heavy manufacturing environment. You will work collaboratively as part of the Maintenance team to ensure operational excellence and support the company's goals.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running efficiently
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and repair or replace faulty parts as needed
  • Identify and resolve equipment faults to minimize downtime and improve productivity
  • Communicate effectively with the maintenance team and other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in maintenance engineering

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance engineering or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
