Workplace Partnerships Coordinator

Celsa Steel UK, a leading recycling company, is seeking a Workplace Partnerships Coordinator to support its business units. In this role, you will be responsible for managing different processes, prioritizing workload, and supporting line managers with people-related tasks.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience interviewing and coaching line managers on HR-related matters. A CIPD L5 qualification is required for this role.

The salary for this position is up to £37,000 per annum, plus a 10% bonus. Benefits include flexible working hours, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), healthcare cashback plan, life insurance policy at 3x salary, and access to salary sacrifice initiatives.
