As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating and sustaining relationships with our network of mortgage brokers. Your primary objective will be to promote technology integrations, enhance business levels, and drive case progression from inquiry to funds dispersal.

This is a dynamic role that requires exceptional communication skills, both in person and virtually. You will need to respond promptly to new business inquiries and referrals, provide tailored solutions and support, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize broker engagement and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships, communications, and training requirements with our panel of mortgage brokers.
  • Drive case progression from inquiry to funds dispersal, leveraging policy expertise for successful conversions.
  • Respond promptly to new business inquiries and referrals, providing tailored solutions and support.
  • Cultivate sales opportunities and identify unique selling points for our product range.
  • Advocate for Mortgage Intermediaries, Third Parties, and customers with available integrations and system queries.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and proactive CRM system.
  • Monitor and report on account performance, tracking KPIs and sales revenue.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer or business relationship management, preferably within secured lending.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in target-driven environments and translate data into actionable insights.
  • CEMAP or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential.

Salary and Benefits:

As a Relationship and Partnerships Executive at Admiral, you can expect a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes generous holiday entitlement, flexible working arrangements, and access to training and development programs.
